A Single-Point-of-Contact (SPC) Account Manager manages each customer account and delegates tasks to the respective functions or teams. DeonLink maintains the platform and the servers and handles any component failures or low-performance incidents related to the infrastructure and the virtual platform.

Responsibilities include assessment, resolution and recovery. DeonLink provides change management via an automated ticketing process and can provide HelpDesk support, subject to certain limitations.
